We believe that workouts for pregnant women and new moms should never be modified. They should be made for you. Our sweat-inducing workouts build up your strength and endurance for the work ahead, while keeping you safe by incorporating the Pump & Kegel® in everything that you do.
We’ve designed our workouts around three different levels so regardless of how you show up, there’s an option to fit your every mood. Choose Chill for more focus on breath, slower transitions, gentle heart rate elevation and functional movements. Go with Energizing for more cardio and strength that gets your heart rate up and guarantees a sweat. Or, take it up to Intense for longer intervals, less rest, lots of sweat, and more challenging core work.
You know what we don’t have to accept? Common misconceptions that we’re taught come with being a new mom: chronic back pain, abdominal separation (aka diastasis recti), or peeing when you jump or sneeze. Working with Fit Pregnancy Club, you’ll prepare your body to protect itself from known injuries and be guided through proper recovery when you’re back after having your baby.
